If a creator never responds to your chat, you can cancel and get your points back.
**Here is how:**
Open the chat page, tap the three dots in the top corner, and select Cancel Session. Your points are refunded automatically to your wallet — as long as the creator has not sent any message yet.
**If the creator responded and then stopped:**
Contact Shawir Customer Support through the app (Menu → Contact Customer Support) and our team will review your case.
