Why am I no longer able to call even though I'm ready to pay?

Why am I no longer able to call a specific consultant while I can call others?

This may indicate that the consultant has either not activated their services or has blocked you from contacting them.

The consultant I contacted did not answer my question. What happens to the amount I paid?

- Chat: You are charged the fee as soon as you open the consultation, but you can close or cancel it. If you cancel before the consultant responds, the reserved points will be fully refunded automatically. However, if the consultant replies with any message, the refund will not be available.

- Bookings: for voice and video calls: Service fees are reserved upon booking. If you do not receive a response from the consultant or decide to cancel the appointment, the reserved points will be automatically returned to your wallet.

I'm not satisfied with the service I received. What can I do about it?

This will lower the consultants credibility score, alert other users about your experience, and affect their listing order in future community searches, as Shawir prioritizes and lists consultants based on their rating scores. Allowing users to rate consultants after each interaction encourages better behavior and motivates them to provide high-quality service to maintain a good rating and attract more clients.

Clarification: Our role is to ensure that advisors are academically qualified in their specific fields. It's important to note that consultants and interpreters do not work directly for us; they are independent professionals who operate remotely and manage their own schedules to increase their income. We provide the necessary tools for them to succeed but do not interfere with their methods of response, the number of points, or the provision of free consultations.

How do I register for an consultant account?

To register as an consultant at Shawir Apps, follow these steps:

1- Select “Settings,” then click on your photo or name at the top.
2- Choose “Edit Profile,” fill in all your information, add a personal photo or an appropriate image, and write an overview of yourself and the services you offer.
3- Go back to “Settings” and select “Request an consultant account,” then complete the required fields and submit your request.

Note: To prevent your application from being returned or rejected, make sure to attach a copy of your ID card and any certificates that prove your specialty and the services you will provide.

Once your application is received, it will be verified, and you will be notified of approval or rejection within 5 to 10 days. For more information, check the Frequently Asked Questions by selecting “Settings” and then “Information.”

Congratulations! Once your request is approved by the administration, you will receive the consultant guide. Be sure to read it carefully, as it contains important information and a complete explanation of all screens.

Next, fill out your profile information, set your prices for chat services, and establish your appointment schedule and prices for voice and video appointments. Start marketing your services on your social media or any other suitable channels to begin earning money for your services.

I’m worried about filling in my bank details. Can I leave it empty?

Your bank details are not mandatory; they are only needed to cash out your earnings, which you can keep in your wallet for as long as you want. There’s no need to worry—filling in your bank account details will not allow anyone to withdraw money from it, only to send money to it. Rest assured, all your information will be securely encrypted and stored.

How much will I earn when someone contacts me?

For completed audio or video call appointments, you will receive the amount you specified in your appointment settings, which will be added to your wallet immediately upon completion of a successful call.

For chat consultations, your earnings depend on the specific question or consultation. Once you answer, complete, and close the consultation, you will receive the amount you set for the chat. This amount will be added to your wallet balance after 7 days from the closing date to ensure customer satisfaction and address any objections.

You can submit a request to transfer your profits once they reach $100. Any transfer fees will be deducted from your balance.
