You can search for creators by name, category, or location. You can also browse by category — fitness, comedy, gaming, beauty, business, and more — or filter by availability, rating, and services offered.
Make sure your wallet has enough points. Each creator sets their own price — check the points required on their profile before booking.
This can happen for a few reasons: the creator may have paused their services, set their availability to offline, or restricted who can contact them. Try another creator or check back later.
- Chat: Points are reserved when you start a chat. If you cancel before the creator responds, your points are fully refunded automatically. Once the creator sends any message, the refund is no longer available.
- Appointments: Points are reserved when you book. If the creator does not respond or you cancel before the session starts, your points are automatically returned to your wallet.
If you are not satisfied with an interaction, you can leave a rating and review on the creator's profile. Ratings directly affect how creators appear in search results — lower-rated creators appear lower in the list. This keeps quality high and helps other users make informed decisions.
No. Creators on Shawir are independent individuals — not Shawir employees. Shawir provides the platform and tools. Creators manage their own services, set their own prices, and control their own availability. All interactions are directly between users and creators
When you register on Shawir for the first time, you receive one free chat. To use it: go to the home page and browse creators who have free chat available (look for the Free label). Tap Chat and send your message. The creator will respond within their available hours. The free chat is your chance to experience Shawir and connect with a creator — completely free.
Open any creator's profile and tap Book or VIP Call. Select your preferred time slot, confirm the points required, and complete your booking. Your session is confirmed instantly.
Completing your profile helps creators understand who they are connecting with. A complete profile leads to more personal and meaningful interactions. This is optional.
