Completing your profile enables consultant to view your information and respond to your inquiries more effectively. A well-filled profile helps them understand your needs better, leading to more tailored and meaningful interactions.
If you encounter any problems or difficulties, go to Settings and select the option to contact customer service. You can have a direct text conversation with the app's customer service team or reach them via WhatsApp at +971562650038.
You can instantly contact any consultant by clicking on any of their enabled contact options located beneath their profile picture on the consultant page, the search page, or the consultant profile page.
Shawir app features a smart search tab that allows users to search for a specific consultant by name, or to find consultants based on their country, industry, or area of expertise.
Please double-check your account balance points and refill it if necessary. You need to have enough points to contact consultants based on their services prices.
This may indicate that the consultant has either not activated their services or has blocked you from contacting them.
- Chat: You are charged the fee as soon as you open the consultation, but you can close or cancel it. If you cancel before the consultant responds, the reserved points will be fully refunded automatically. However, if the consultant replies with any message, the refund will not be available.
- Bookings: for voice and video calls: Service fees are reserved upon booking. If you do not receive a response from the consultant or decide to cancel the appointment, the reserved points will be automatically returned to your wallet.
If you're not satisfied with the service provided by any consultant, you can leave a low rating and a negative review. This will lower the consultants credibility score, alert other users about your experience, and affect their listing order in future community searches, as Shawir prioritizes and lists consultants based on their rating scores. Allowing users to rate consultants after each interaction encourages better behavior and motivates them to provide high-quality service to maintain a good rating and attract more clients.
Shawir application is a platform that specializes in consulting across various fields. It enables experienced individuals and consultants to register and offer paid consulting services via chat, as well as book appointments for audio and video communications, providing them with a source of income. Users from around the world can purchase these services confidentially and securely, according to their needs.

It's important to note that consultants and interpreters do not work directly for us; they are independent professionals who operate remotely and manage their own schedules to increase their income. We provide the necessary tools for them to succeed but do not interfere with their methods of response, the number of points, or the provision of free consultations.
When registering for the first time in the application, you receive one free consultation, which you can use as follows:
On the home page, under the section titled “Free Consultations,” select a consultant who offers this service. Then, click on the chat tab labeled “Free” and send your complete message. You will receive a response within 24 hours.
The goal of the free consultation is to allow you to try the application and get to know the consultant.
