Delete Account

Request account deletion

  2. Write in the subject line: 'Account deletion request'
  3. In the message body, send: your registered phone number, your username, and the reason for deletion if you wish (optional)

Once we receive your request, the support team will review it and begin the account deletion process.

We aim to process deletion requests quickly. Please note that deletion may take up to 3 business days. During this period your account and its data will be marked for deletion and will no longer be available.
