These Creator Terms & Conditions ("Creator Agreement") govern your participation as a creator on the Shawir platform

These Creator Terms & Conditions ("Creator Agreement") govern your participation as a creator on the Shawir platform. By submitting a creator application and activating your creator account, you agree to be fully bound by this Creator Agreement.

This Creator Agreement should be read together with Shawir's General Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy, both available at shawir.com. In the event of any conflict between this Creator Agreement and the General Terms & Conditions, this Creator Agreement shall take precedence in matters specific to creators.

1.  About Shawir

Shawir is a technology platform operated by Smart Soft Solutions Commercial Brokerage, registered under the laws of the United Arab Emirates, with its principal place of business in Abu Dhabi. Shawir provides the technical infrastructure that enables creators to offer paid sessions to fans through chat, audio calls, and scheduled video or audio sessions.

Shawir is not your employer, partner, or agent. You are an independent individual providing services directly to fans through the Shawir platform. Shawir does not provide, endorse, certify, or guarantee any advice, content, or services you offer. Any guidance or information you share during sessions is solely your own and does not represent the views or endorsement of Shawir.

2.  Eligibility

To become and remain a creator on Shawir, you must:

  • Be at least 15 years of age.

  • Provide a valid government-issued photo ID during the KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process.

  • Provide accurate and complete information in your creator application, including your social media handles.

  • Maintain a valid and eligible payment method to receive earnings.

  • Comply with all applicable laws in your country of residence.

  • Not be subject to any legal prohibition preventing you from entering into this agreement or providing services through the platform.

Shawir reserves the right to reject any creator application without providing a reason, and to request additional documentation at any time, including after approval. KYC verification confirms your identity only — it does not verify, certify, or endorse your expertise, qualifications, or the quality of your sessions.

3.  Your Status — Independent Creator

You are an independent creator, not an employee, agent, partner, or representative of Shawir or Smart Soft Solutions Commercial Brokerage. You have full control over how, when, and to what extent you provide services through the platform. Shawir does not supervise, direct, or control your session content.

You are solely responsible for your own taxes, social contributions, insurance, and any other legal or financial obligations arising from your activity on the platform. Nothing in this agreement creates any employment relationship, joint venture, or agency relationship between you and Shawir.

4.  Permitted & Prohibited Content

4.1  You may:

  • Offer chat sessions, audio calls, and scheduled video or audio sessions within your stated area of interest or expertise.

  • Set your own prices for each service type and update them at any time.

  • Set your own availability schedule.

  • Share informational, educational, entertainment, or lifestyle content through your sessions.

  • Post short videos on your Shawir profile to showcase your offerings and skills. These videos serve as a marketing tool only — Shawir is not a social media platform and short videos are not a social media feature.

  • Promote your Shawir profile link on your own social media channels.

4.2  You may not:

  • Provide content that constitutes professional medical, legal, financial, psychological, or therapeutic advice beyond your verified qualifications.

  • Offer sessions that include explicit sexual content of any kind.

  • Share or solicit personal contact information from fans for the purpose of continuing sessions outside the Shawir platform.

  • Direct fans to other platforms to bypass the Shawir points system, or accept payments from fans outside the platform.

  • Engage in any form of harassment, discrimination, or abuse toward fans.

  • Impersonate any person or misrepresent your identity or credentials.

  • Use the platform to sell or promote physical products, third-party services, or external subscriptions.

  • Provide any content that is unlawful, defamatory, threatening, or that violates the rights of any third party.

Violation of any prohibited content rule may result in immediate suspension or permanent removal of your creator account at Shawir's sole discretion. See Section 10 for details on how earnings are handled during and after a violation.

5.  Pricing & Zero Commission

You set your own prices for each service type — chat, audio call, and scheduled session — in Shawir points. Shawir earns its revenue through a margin applied to fans' points purchases. This margin does not reduce your stated session price. You receive 100% of the points value you set for each completed session — zero commission, always.

Shawir reserves the right to adjust its points pricing structure at any time. Such adjustments affect the cost to fans, not your stated session price.

6.  Earnings & Points Hold

Upon completion of any session type — chat, audio call, or scheduled video or audio session — your earned points are placed on a 7-day hold before being transferred to your Shawir wallet. This hold applies to all service types without exception.

The 7-day hold exists to protect against rare but possible payment gateway issues that are outside Shawir's control. This is a system-level safeguard, not a standard delay. In most cases, no issue arises and the transfer proceeds automatically at the end of the hold period.

The 7-day hold applies to all completed sessions. Earnings are transferred to your wallet automatically after this period, without any action required from you.

7.  Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your wallet balance subject to the following conditions:

  • Minimum wallet balance required: USD $100.

  • Withdrawals are processed once per week, on Tuesdays only.

  • Maximum withdrawal amount per request: USD $3,000.

  • Requests submitted before 12:00 PM (noon) UAE time on a Tuesday will be processed that same Tuesday.

  • Requests submitted after 12:00 PM on a Tuesday, or on any other day, will be processed the following Tuesday.

Earnings are transferred to you — the verified account holder — via one of the following methods, subject to availability:

  • Direct bank transfer

  • Money exchange company transfer

  • PayPal

Payment methods are subject to availability based on your country of residence and the exchange partners Shawir works with at the time of your request. If a method is unavailable for your region, it is your responsibility to provide an eligible alternative. Shawir is not liable for inability to transfer funds due to geographical or partner limitations.

Any transfer fees or transaction costs associated with your chosen payout method will be deducted from your earnings. Shawir is not responsible for fees charged by third-party payment providers.

8.  Voice Call Minimum Duration

Any voice call session under 5 minutes in duration will be automatically cancelled and the full session amount refunded to the fan's wallet. This process is fully automated and does not require any action or approval from the creator.

This rule is a system-level safeguard designed to protect both fans and creators from the impact of poor connections, accidental disconnections, or technical issues. It is not a reflection on the creator's performance.

9.  Session Conduct & Availability

You are responsible for managing your own availability on the platform. Set your status to Online only when you are genuinely available to respond. Switch to Unavailable before stepping away. For chat sessions, respond within 24 hours under normal conditions. For scheduled sessions, appear at the booked time — failure to appear results in automatic refund to the fan.

Shawir does not guarantee any minimum number of sessions, bookings, or earnings. Your activity and income depend entirely on your own performance and the demand from your audience. For tips on growing your bookings, refer to the Creator Guide in the Shawir Help Center.

10.  Marketing Responsibility

Shawir conducts general platform marketing to grow overall awareness and the fan base. However, Shawir is not obligated to drive sessions or bookings to any individual creator. Shawir does not guarantee traffic, bookings, or earnings for any creator on the platform.

Each creator is solely responsible for promoting their own profile and redirecting their existing audience to connect via Shawir. Your social media following is your most direct path to sessions on the platform. Share your Shawir profile link actively and consistently across all channels where your audience already follows you.

11.  Ratings & Reviews

Fans may rate and review their session experience. Your overall rating directly affects your visibility in search results on the platform. Shawir does not edit or remove ratings except in cases of clear abuse or policy violation. You may not attempt to manipulate your ratings through any means. Repeated low ratings or unresolved complaints may result in account suspension or removal.

12.  Violations & Earnings Hold

If your account is under investigation for a violation, or if a violation has been confirmed, your wallet balance will be frozen. You will not be able to submit withdrawal requests during this period. The freeze does not remove your earnings from your wallet — the balance remains visible and is held pending the outcome of the review.

Shawir reserves the right to permanently forfeit frozen earnings in cases where a serious violation is confirmed, including but not limited to fraud, prohibited content, or repeated policy breaches. Where the review concludes with no violation found, your wallet will be unfrozen and withdrawals may resume immediately.

13.  Account Suspension & Termination

Shawir may suspend or permanently remove your creator account for violations of this Creator Agreement, the General Terms & Conditions, repeated non-response to fans, confirmed fan complaints, fraudulent KYC documentation, or any conduct Shawir determines to be contrary to its policies or values.

Upon termination, your profile will be deactivated. Any wallet balance above USD $100 will be paid to you within 30 days, subject to the violation and earnings hold policy in Section 12. You may not create a new creator account without prior written approval from Shawir.

14.  Confidentiality & Fan Data

You will not share, sell, or disclose any fan information to any third party. You will not contact fans through any means outside the Shawir platform or use fan information for any commercial purpose beyond the session context. Any breach of fan data confidentiality may result in immediate account termination. For full data protection terms, refer to the Shawir Privacy Policy at shawir.com/en/privacy.

15.  Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the original content you create during sessions. By using the platform, you grant Shawir a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to display your profile, name, photo, and publicly available information on the platform and in Shawir's marketing materials. Shawir will not reproduce or commercially exploit your session content without your prior written consent.

16.  Liability & Indemnification

Shawir is a technology platform only. Shawir is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Shawir and Smart Soft Solutions Commercial Brokerage from any claims, liabilities, or costs arising from your use of the platform, your session content, your violation of this agreement, or any claim by a fan arising from a session you conducted.

17.  Changes to This Agreement

Shawir reserves the right to update or modify this Creator Agreement at any time, for any reason, without prior notice to creators. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on the platform or at shawir.com. Your continued use of your creator account after any change constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. It is your responsibility to review this agreement periodically. If you do not accept any change, you must deactivate your creator account.

18.  Governing Law

This Creator Agreement is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. For full dispute resolution terms, refer to Shawir's General Terms & Conditions.
