The Platform is operated by Shawir (Smart Soft Solutions) (the “Company”, “us”, “we”, or “our”), including our affiliates.

  • Perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license
  • Right to use, modify, publish, distribute, and display your UGC worldwide
  • Right to use your username, likeness, and profile information with your UGC
You represent and warrant that your UGC:
  • Is your original work and does not infringe on rights
  • Does not violate laws or regulations
  • Is not defamatory, obscene, or fraudulent
UGC may be removed at our discretion. You waive any rights to claim against modifications, edits, or removal.
