Introduction:

The “Shawir” application is a platform specialized in consulting in various fields. It enables experienced people and consultants to register and provide their paid consulting services via chat or book appointments/sessions for audio and video call and provide a source of income. Users from all over the world can purchase these services confidentially and securely, according to their needs.

 

Registration Steps:

To register as an expert or consultant in Shawir application, follow the following steps:

1. Choose “Settings” and then click “Your Photo or your name at the top”.
2. Choose “Edit Profile,” fill in all your data, add your personal photo or whatever you deem appropriate, and make sure to write an overview of yourself and what you offer.
3. Go back to “Settings” and choose “Request an expert account”, then fill out the required data and submit the request. Note: So that your application is not returned or rejected, make sure to attach a copy of your ID card and certificates proving your specialty and the service you will provide.

Upon receipt of your application, it will be verified by the application administration, and you will be notified in the event of approval, rejection, or return - from 5 to 10 days.

Important clarification: To register as an expert or consultant in the application, proof of identity such as an ID photo or passport is required. These documents are necessary to verify the account holder by the application administration, in order to prevent any cases of impersonation. Documents are kept strictly confidential and are not published or shared for any reason. There are two main reasons for this verification:

1. Ensure that the person responsible for the account is the same person mentioned in the documents.
2. When requesting to withdraw profits, we have official proof of the account holder and the beneficiary of the transfer.

 

Initial Approval:

Upon initial approval of your request, a link will be sent to you to clarify and confirm some points, and after your approval, the final approval will be sent.

 

Final Approval:

You will be sent a link containing the expert/consultant's guide, which contains a complete explanation of all the features of the application and must be read carefully. It enables you to define your services and consultations.

 

Pricing:

The price is shown to the customer in points, not dollars. For example, 6 points, and you can set the appropriate price for you, and you can modify it any time you want, and the number of points equivalent to the dollar will appear to you.

 

Earnings:

We do not take commission from the expert or advisor. As for the profits collected, you can request a withdrawal through the application for any amount you want when your balance reaches a minimum of $100, and any transfer expenses will be deducted from you.

 

Marketing:

We market the app generally, posting your photos and specialties on our social media. Your role is to promote yourselves and strive to interact with customers in a way that satisfies them to achieve a permanent customer base.

Clarification: We do not interfere in the selection of clients or impose any advisor, nor do we guarantee you any income. We only provide tools for remote work.

 

Customer response time:

 The response time should not exceed 0-4 hours in normal times. The faster the response, the greater the chance of attracting a customer. Account Ban And Suspension:

If there is a delay in responding to customers or a large number of complaints, which directly affects the application, your account will be suspended, and any profits collected will be paid to you.
