During online consultation sessions, the client can speak from his home to consultants according to specialization, using specially designed audio and video communication tools.

Shawir: How to book your appointment?

Easy and simple steps:

Choose the advisor's profile and choose the Book Appointments tab.

Choose the day and hour, then choose the type of call - it will show you the cost of the consultation and the appointment you booked, then choose the booking Confirmation.

The system will reserve the value/cost of the consultation from a client’s wallet, and when the call is completed, it will be transferred to the advisor’s wallet.

You will also receive reservation notifications and reminders.

Shawir: How to start the call?

Check the conversation Tab then select Appointment history:

Know the date and time of the appointment and the duration of the consultation.

The phone icon turns green when the appointment due, you can click it to start the session and call the counsellor.

You can cancel the appointment if you are unable to meet the specified time, and the reserved points will be refunded. The same case applies if the advisor is unable to attend.
